Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when your school orders hoodies through Class Fundraising.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between your school (“you”) and Class Fundraising, TS18 3TR (“Class Fundraising”, “we”, “us”). Class Fundraising provides its ordering service using the Hoodies for Good system under licence. Hoodies for Good is the owner and licensor of that system.

By placing an order or creating an account you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your school and that you accept these terms.

2. Our service

We supply custom printed and embroidered hoodies in bulk to schools. Orders are placed online through the Class Fundraising order form and managed through your school dashboard. The service is for school and bulk orders only; we do not take orders from individual parents through this site.

3. Orders and pricing

  • Your order is a request until we have checked it and made your account live, which usually takes one working day. We may decline or amend an order, for example where details are incomplete.
  • The price per hoodie depends on the quantity ordered, the design and the finish you choose. Printing is included in the price; embroidery on the front adds the amount shown on the order form per garment.
  • The estimate shown on the order form excludes delivery. We confirm the final price after reviewing your order.
  • Prices are calculated by our system when you submit your order, and the figure we confirm is the figure that applies.

4. Proofs and approval

Every order includes a free proof, uploaded to your dashboard showing the front, the back and the full design. We will not print or embroider your hoodies until you have approved the proof.

When you approve a proof, your name and the time are recorded. By approving you confirm that the design, spellings, names, colours and finish are correct. Once a proof is approved we start production, and changes may no longer be possible.

5. Names, artwork and colours

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any names, spellings, sizes and quantities you give us. We reproduce them as supplied.
  • Our system warns you when a hoodie colour and print colour may not contrast well. The warning is guidance only; if you continue with the combination, you accept how it will appear on the finished garment.
  • Colours on screen and on proofs are a close guide. Small variations between screens, fabric and print or embroidery are normal.
  • For self-portrait hoodies, you are responsible for ensuring that children's drawings are collected with appropriate consent from the school and parents or guardians.

6. Payment

  • You can pay by card at checkout, or by invoice with 21-day terms from the invoice date. Invoices are for delivery to your school.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • If an invoice is not paid by the due date we may pause further orders and may charge interest and reasonable recovery costs as allowed by law.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the school address given on your order. Delivery timings are estimates and start from proof approval. Please check your delivery on arrival and tell us within 7 days if anything is missing or damaged.

8. Cancellations and changes

Hoodies are made to order and personalised for your school. You may cancel or change an order before you approve the proof. After approval we cannot cancel or change the order, because production begins. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

9. Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, or are not as shown on your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, reprint or replace them, or refund the affected items. We are not responsible for errors in information that was approved on the proof.

10. Licence and intellectual property

The Hoodies for Good system, including the self-portrait hoodie system, the ordering platform, its design and its content, is the property of Hoodies for Good and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Class Fundraising uses the system under licence. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in the system to you.

You keep the rights in any logos, names and artwork you supply, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You give us permission to reproduce them for your order and, where needed, to show them in your proof.

11. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

12. Data protection

We handle personal data, including pupils' names, in line with our Privacy Policy. As the school, you confirm you have a lawful basis for giving us pupil information.

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost fundraising income.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier or courier disruption, severe weather or system outages of third-party providers.

15. General

These terms, together with your order and approved proof, are the whole agreement between us. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
