Every child draws themselves. Our system collects each drawing by QR code, prepares it for print and places it on the back of the hoodie, so every pupil wears their own self-portrait alongside their classmates.

Build your order
Pick a design, choose a College Hoodie or Zipped Hoodie, then select your hoodie colour, print colour and a printed or embroidered front logo. Add sizes and quantities, plus pupil names where the design needs them.

Check out and choose how to pay
Add your contact details and pay by card, or choose an invoice with 21-day terms for delivery to your school. You also set a password for your own dashboard.

We confirm your account
Our team checks your order and makes your account live, usually within one working day. You get an email as soon as you can sign in.

Approve your free proof
We upload your proof to your dashboard. You approve it, or ask for changes, and nothing is printed until you are happy.

Production and delivery
Your hoodies are produced and delivered to your school, with status updates visible on your dashboard throughout.

One system, start to finish
Ordering, pricing, account creation, proofing, approval, payment, production and dispatch all run through a single joined-up platform, so nothing is retyped or lost between steps.
Server-side pricing engine
Every order is priced on our servers from live rates, including the embroidery option, quantity tiers and per-design rules. The total you see is checked again when you submit.
Built-in colour clash warnings
If a hoodie and print colour combination would be hard to read, such as a dark blue print on a black hoodie, the system warns you before you order.
Proof and approval workflow
Proofs are issued to your dashboard, approved by name and timestamped, creating a clear record of exactly what you signed off.
Design-aware ordering
The order form adapts to the design you choose. Designs with pupil names ask for them; designs without names never ask, keeping the order short and the data minimal.

A private admin area lets our team review orders, activate accounts, issue proofs and track payment and production status.
Secure by design
Schools trust us with children's names and artwork. The system is built to protect them.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser and the system is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
Protected accounts
School accounts use email verification and passwords that are stored hashed, never in plain text. Each school can only see its own orders.
Pupil names stay private
Children's names are used only to produce the order. They are never shown publicly or used for marketing.
Card details never touch us
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
Trusted infrastructure
The system runs on established, independently certified hosting, database and payment providers, with access limited to what each task requires.
Validated on the server
Prices, quantities and order details are re-validated server-side, so they cannot be altered from the browser.
