Each child creates their own hand-drawn self-portrait on paper — any style, any medium. Pencil, crayon, felt-tip. The more personality the better.

The organiser shares a unique QR code. Parents or children simply scan it, take a photo of the drawing, and it uploads instantly. No app needed.
We Arrange the Design
Our design team arranges all the portraits into a beautiful layout on the 35 x 35 cm print area — or use our Canvas Designer to create it yourself.

What format should the drawings be in?
Any format works — pencil, crayon, felt tip, or even watercolour. The photo just needs to be taken in decent light on a flat white surface so the drawing is clear.
How many portraits fit on the back?
The print area is 35 x 35 cm. Our design team will arrange all portraits to fit — a typical class of 30 works perfectly. Larger classes may use a slightly smaller tile per portrait.
Can we see a proof before printing?
Yes — once all artwork is uploaded and the design is complete, we send a digital proof for approval before anything goes to print.
Do parents order individually or does the school order?
Both options are available. Parents can order and pay via your school's own shop link, or the school can place a single bulk order.
What hoodie colours and styles are available?
All our standard hoodie styles and colours are available — classic pullover, zip-up, and varsity. Choose from over 20 colours to match your school.
